* Mark Demos has played cricket all his life and has been coaching for almost 30 years. He grew up in Zimbabwe and played his cricket
at St George’s College as well as playing for various Zimbabwe national youth teams. He played with David Houghton, current Indian
coach Duncan Fletcher and many other test players in provincial cricket for Mashonaland. After military service and attending college
in the USA he lived in South Africa. Mark played Premier League cricket in Johannesburg as well as coached both premier division clubs
and high school teams.
* In 1992 he went to live in Seattle. While in Seattle he played and coached teams in Vancouver and represented the British Columbia Provincial team and won various playing and coaching awards.
* In 1994 Mark helped found the North West Cricket League.
* In 2005 he started coaching regional teams for the NWCL. During his time working as the NWCL and Northwest Regional coach he started winning regional competitions against much larger, older and established leagues.
* Mark’s specialty is working with players to identify their unique talents and then to maximize their Mental, Psychological and Skills. In addition to working with cricketers of all levels, he has also worked with NFL players, professional golfers, corporate executives and professionals. He has also consulted with national, professional and county coaches and players on his talent identification and development innovations.
